Who pays the driver?
The company. Driveos keeps the settlement; the payout happens between the company and the driver.
Does location work with the screen off?
Yes. While the shift is open, the app sends the location even with the screen off. On Android we measured five updates in 60 seconds.
Can the driver work offline?
The driver web channel queues actions and sends them when the connection returns; the app needs a connection for offers.
How does the driver get an offer?
The offer goes to the nearest suitable driver with a countdown. If they do not accept, it moves to the next round.
