We move what the business actually needs: drivers, vehicles, prices, zones and vehicle classes. Ride history is imported by agreement, in a format we settle before we start.

How it goes, step by step

1. Agreement and accessWe open the company in Driveos, agree the plan and add-ons, and you get access to the company console.
2. Data importDrivers and vehicles come in from CSV. Prices, zones and classes are entered once and apply in every channel.
3. Test ridesA few real rides run through Driveos while the old system is still live. We check the price, the invoice and the driver settlement.
4. SwitchWhen rides, invoices and balances are confirmed, you turn the old system off. Your data stays yours and can be exported.

What the import needs

A list of drivers and vehicles plus your price list is enough. If you have an export from the old system, send it; if not, we agree the format and prepare a template.

What we do not take over automatically

Open debts, historical balances and the archive of old invoices stay in the old system unless an import is agreed separately. That keeps a wrong figure out of the new settlement.

How long it takes

The import and the first test rides usually take a few days, depending on how much data moves and how clean the old export is. We do not promise a date we cannot keep.
